Keep AI Simple ("we", "us", "our") provides AI education and a marketplace of custom GPT assistants. By accessing our website or purchasing any of our products, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Some features and purchases require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

Our GPT assistants are digital products. When you complete a one-time purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use that GPT for your own business or personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share your access with others.

A separate ChatGPT account from OpenAI is required to use our GPTs. Your use of ChatGPT is governed by OpenAI's own terms.

Prices are listed in US dollars (USD) on our Pricing page and may change over time. Payments are processed by our authorized payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

You agree not to misuse our products — including attempting to copy, reverse engineer, or extract the underlying prompts or instructions of a GPT, using the products for unlawful purposes, or interfering with the operation of our website.

All content, branding, and the design of our GPT assistants are owned by Keep AI Simple and protected by applicable law. Your license does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

Our products and educational content are provided "as is" for informational and productivity purposes. We do not guarantee any specific results, income, or business outcomes. AI-generated output should be reviewed before you rely on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keep AI Simple is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
