14-day satisfaction guarantee
If you're not satisfied with a GPT you purchased, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
How to request a refund
Email contact@keepaisimple.com with the email address you used at checkout and the name of the GPT you purchased. We typically respond within 2 business days.
Digital products
Because our products are digital and access is granted immediately, refunds are offered at our discretion within the window above. We may decline refund requests that show signs of misuse — for example, attempts to copy or redistribute a GPT's content.
Payment provider
Purchases are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and may take several business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
